Staff-assisted car dismissal
Use your school's existing onsite identity and physical handoff procedures. Check-in reserves children; it does not record their release.

Prepare a car dismissal session
Select the school-approved car roster for this service date. Each selected child needs a published dismissal window. Other dismissal modes need the school office workflow. Account for absent, already departed and supervised office children in reconciliation.
Session controls
Pause stops new calls. Emergency hold stops routine handoffs. Closing requires every expected child to be accounted for.
Check in an onsite collector
Select the adult you verified in person and exactly the children requested. The server checks each child's current rights, recovery hold and dismissal window; a later club window blocks regular-time check-in.
Account for every expected child
Record an absence or an earlier departure only after reviewing the school's attendance or departure record. A supervised office transfer names the staff member accepting responsibility. These records do not authorize a new handoff or clear a safety hold.
Record a school-verified disposition
Cancel this complete arrival
All children in this arrival must still be uncalled and free of school holds. They remain in school custody. Any later check-in needs fresh onsite verification and rejoins the current queue.
Verify this collector at school
Location signals did not establish device trust. Physically verify the named collector using the school's identity procedure before any child is called. This action does not clear a recovery or school safety hold.
School-wide arrival order
Call the next arrival as one group so siblings stay together. A held or unverified arrival needs school review; moving it to the end keeps its children claimed and preserves every safety hold.
Physical lanes
Automatic calling never authorizes a handoff. Presence, current rights and school holds remain required. Refresh to see the sequencer’s latest result.
Children and staff progress
Refresh before acting. A child is released only after the server confirms the recorded handoff.
