School dismissal calendar
Set school times, locally confirmed Ramadan dates and each child's club schedule. Review the affected dates before publishing. Normal changes require at least 24 hours' notice.

Times use the school's timezone. A calendar entry does not approve pickup or record club attendance.
Calendar communication
Counts show individual child/date notice records. One email can cover several records for a parent. Email acceptance means the mail server accepted a message; it does not prove delivery or that a parent read it.

For an urgent change or failed notice, the office should contact the family through its usual verified channel and explain the current pickup time. Never clear a pickup restriction to resolve a messaging problem.
