Today's staging plan
Children wait in their homeroom unless you give them a different waiting place. Start each day's plan from these room defaults or copy the last saved plan, then make one-day changes on the staging plan page.
No rooms yet
Add each classroom and any other place children wait, such as the gym or front office. Then import your roster with a homeroom column that matches each room's code or name.
Rooms and waiting places
The room code is what your roster file uses in the homeroom and staging_location columns. A teacher only gets calls for their room once they have staging access in People.
